Frequently Asked Questions - Ordering

When should I place my order?

We recommend that you place orders to KenWard Designs 4-6 months before your event, but no later than 12 weeks (3 months). This time frame allows enough time for:

While these time frames allow us to provide you with the best level of customer service and quality, we do offer “rush services” on certain products. Please contact us if you are in need of “rush” services.”

How long will it take to receive my order?

The processing time for your order depends on the following:

- when your proof approval was sent

- where the order is being shipped to

- the shipping method you select

 

Holiday Season Orders (October 1 - December 31): During the holiday season, processing time can take up to an additional 5 business days over and above standard processing times. Orders and proof approvals must be received by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time to be considered an approved order for that day, otherwise, the order will be considered ‘received’ on the following business day. Orders and proof approvals received on Weekends or Holidays will be processed the next business day.

When will my credit card be charged?

Payment is due, in full, at the time you place your order.

How do I place a re-order?

Please contact us to discuss placing a “re-order.” Pricing can vary and a re-order fee may apply.

What is a sample?

A sample is a physical invitation that is mailed to you via USPS Mail within 5-10 business days of the request. Our sample products (where specified) represent the paper and print quality of our work and should provide you with an idea of the size, layout, and texture of your invitation. Our choice of samples will be sent with sample text on them. Prices range from $5.00 - $25.00, depending on the product that you are ordering.

Custom Design Fees

For custom design products, it is ideal to commission our design team 20 weeks (5 months) before your event date. Custom design fees range from $25-$100 in addition to the price of that particular product. Contact us if you would like utilize this service.
